This announcement concerns items for cheering, including displays (flags, banners, etc.), for the AFC Champions League Elite 2026/27 League Stage MD1 match against Newcastle Jets on Tuesday, September 15.
For this competition, the handling of large flags and displays requires not only approval from the club but also application and approval from the AFC (Asian Football Confederation) and the opposing club.
Therefore, even display items approved by Kashima Antlers, if not applied for or approved by the AFC, will not be permitted for display inside the stadium at ACL Elite matches, whether home or away.

・Bringing in and using display items (flags, banners, etc.) that have not been pre-approved by Kashima Antlers is prohibited. Please be sure to apply to Kashima Antlers in advance using the application form above.
・Since ACL Elite operates under AFC rules, items for cheering that may cause confusion, regardless of the opponent or venue (e.g., "Rising Sun Flag," "Che Guevara," flags/banners or clothing depicting "skulls or skeletons"), are prohibited. Furthermore, even if a display item has been approved by the AFC, if the AFC determines on the day of the match that it contains political or religious messages (including designs), we may ask you to refrain from using it on the spot.
・Please ensure that the entire design of the display item is clearly visible in the photograph submitted.
・Approval by Kashima Antlers and the AFC may take time, so please apply with ample time to spare.
・All applications will be submitted collectively to the AFC and the opposing club after the application period ends.
