If you still wish to have Araki's name and number, no action is required. If you wish to make a change, the available names and numbers will be from the 28 other players belonging to the team as of July 11 (Saturday) or number 12 (ANTLERS). Changes to "no name and number" are not possible.
Please note that due to adjustments in the manufacturing and processing schedule accompanying the change request period, the delivery date for uniforms ordered by those who selected and purchased Araki's name and number will differ from the previously announced schedule, regardless of whether a change is requested. We will notify you of the new scheduled date as soon as it is confirmed.

Important Notes
・Uniforms with "Ryotaro Araki (71 TARO)" will be shipped to those who do not submit a change request by the deadline.
・Cancellations, refunds, or changes to uniform sizes will not be accepted under any circumstances.

・Even if you have multiple orders, you cannot submit the form multiple times from the same device and browser.
・Changes, corrections, or cancellations to the content after submitting the form will not be accepted under any circumstances.

・If another player transfers or departs after July 11 (Saturday), no similar change requests will be accepted, and uniforms will be delivered according to the original selection/purchase details. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
