We are pleased to announce that the "Mercari Stadium Overnight RV & Car Camping Festival 2026! ~Camping Cars and Private Cars Welcome~" will be held at Mercari Stadium from Saturday, July 4th to Sunday, July 5th, 2026.

This is a premium experiential event where you can spend a night in the special atmosphere of the stadium at night, a place you normally can't enter, with your camping car. Under a sky full of stars, feeling the quiet sanctity of Mercari Stadium, why not create unforgettable memories with your family and friends?

On the day of the event, we will also have a stadium tour behind the scenes and a community-building time around a campfire.

Please use the main stadium parking lot. (The parking lot will be the accommodation area)

50 sites
*1 site (concrete): Space is 7.4m x 5.5m (equivalent to 3 parking spaces)
*The price is fixed regardless of the number of people. (No limit on the number of people)
*Only one camping car per site.
*Please note that the site locations at the venue will be arranged by the secretariat.
*Other (common): Toilets and showers available, no AC power, no open fires (fire pits require non-flammable materials), pets allowed, fireworks and loud music are prohibited.

A duo formed 21 years ago, exclusively for Kashima Antlers. They have regularly performed at the Kashima Antlers kick-off party and have been featured for 16 consecutive years at the annual Antlers Beer Garden since its inception. As a solo artist, Kippei has performed at Broadway and Carnegie Hall in New York in 2018 and 2019, and is scheduled to perform on the main stage of the EXPO Arena at the Osaka Kansai Expo 2025. They can spontaneously play various genres of music and accommodate audience requests.

Cancellation Fees and Policy

・Cancellation fee: Free until 5:00 PM, 7 days before the event; 30% until 5:00 PM, 5 days before the event; 50% until 5:00 PM, 1 day before the event; 100% thereafter.

・Full refund in case of cancellation due to organizer's circumstances (e.g., severe weather).
・For no-shows, the full reservation fee will be charged.

For those who don't own a camping car but want to experience a special overnight stay at the stadium, or for those who plan to buy a camping car someday and want to try out various models, we introduce "Carstay," Japan's largest camping car and car-sharing service.
On the Carstay website, you can find numerous photos of actual vehicles and extensive equipment, making it easy to find a camping car that perfectly suits your style and group size. As a first step into outdoor activities or an overnight car camping experience, please feel free to use car sharing!

・Guidance for use
・Procedures: All procedures such as Carstay membership registration, vehicle reservation arrangements, pick-up, and return are to be handled by the customer themselves via the website above.
・Usage fees: Carstay's car-sharing usage fees are separate from the event participation fee (site fee: 15,000 yen). Please check the fees on each vehicle page before making a reservation.

Notes

■Response to Severe Weather
・In the event that implementation is difficult due to typhoons, heavy rain, or other reasons, the event may be canceled at the discretion of the organizer.
・In case of cancellation, you will be notified via your registered email address by 7:00 AM on the day of the event.

■Conduct within the Venue
Please read and strictly observe the following rules for conduct within the venue, and assume personal responsibility.
・We are not responsible for any accidents that occur within the facility.
・Compensation may be sought for any damage to facilities or equipment.
・Please manage your valuables responsibly. The club is not responsible for any loss or theft.
・Smoking is strictly prohibited outside of designated smoking areas and your own vehicle.
・Underage drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited (you may be asked to show identification if necessary).
・Open fires are strictly prohibited at camping car sites. When using a fire pit, please place non-flammable material (such as a fire-resistant mat) underneath.
・For safety reasons, once your vehicle is parked in the camping car site, it is prohibited to move it in or out, except in exceptional circumstances. If you absolutely need to move your vehicle, please contact the main office site.
・The use of audio equipment is permitted until 10:00 PM at night. Please keep the volume low even during daytime use.
・Pets are strictly prohibited inside the stadium. (Pets are allowed at camping car sites, but please keep them on a leash, clean up after them, and be mindful of nighttime barking, observing good manners.)
・Unnecessary engine idling, engine starting, or use of generators within the site is prohibited as it disturbs others.
・Vending machines are located in front of the Kashima Sports Center.
・Please refrain from any other acts that disrupt public order or inconvenience others.

■Toilets and Showers
・Toilets and showers located in the player locker rooms are available for use.
・As shower rooms are limited, please share and use them courteously.
・Soap, shampoo, and towels are not provided or available for rent, so please bring your own.
