We are pleased to announce that a special train service will be operated from "Kamisu Station," located in Kamisu City, our hometown, which usually operates as a freight-only station, to "Kashima Soccer Stadium Station" for the Meiji Yasuda J1 Centennial League Regional League Round EAST Section 15 match against Mito HollyHock on Wednesday, May 6th (holiday).
At Mercari Stadium, where car travel is the norm, severe traffic congestion before and after matches has been a long-standing issue, and the environmental burden due to CO2 emissions from this congestion is also a concern.
To address these issues, in cooperation with Ibaraki Prefecture and Kashima Rinkai Railway Co., Ltd., we will implement "Park & Ride," where visitors can park their cars in the free parking lot in front of Kamisu Station and transfer to the "Kashima Rinko Line" to head to the stadium.
You can ride this special train for free, and as a riding privilege, you will also receive a limited edition commemorative ticket sticker. In addition to being environmentally friendly and alleviating traffic stress, we will deliver a new spectator experience that allows you to enjoy the excitement of "riding a train from a freight-only station that you normally cannot enter."
Highlights of the Special Train
■ Sustainable Travel Avoiding Congestion
The special train takes approximately 25 minutes one-way from Kamisu Station to the stadium. This method of access not only allows for smooth travel, avoiding traffic congestion before and after the match, but also contributes to reducing environmental impact (CO2 reduction).
■ Special Boarding Experience from the Freight-Only "Kamisu Station"
You can enjoy a special, extraordinary experience unique to this project, such as boarding from a freight-only station that is normally off-limits, and using a gangway to get on and off the train.
■ Free Ride and Commemorative Ticket Sticker Gift
All those who use this special train (200 people selected by lottery) will receive a limited edition commemorative ticket sticker for free.

Notes
Please apply after acknowledging the following points in advance.
■ Regarding the Return Train Service
Departure times are set with ample time to account for a penalty shootout, but the train will depart on schedule even if it takes longer than expected. In the unlikely event, you may not be able to watch the match until the end.
■ Regarding Boarding Conditions
There are no restrictions on applications, but stairs such as gangways will be used when boarding and alighting the train. Since it is not barrier-free, only those who can ascend and descend stairs on their own will be allowed to board.
■ Regarding Parking Lot Use
・Please park your car in the designated parking lot in front of Kamisu Station during opening hours (12:00-20:00). You cannot enter or exit outside these hours.
・The parking lot can accommodate approximately 100 vehicles.
・The club and the station are not responsible for any accidents or thefts within the premises or in the vicinity.
