Automatic Membership Renewal
Those who joined the Meiji Yasuda J1 Centennial Club League fan club using credit card payment on the fan club application website will have their membership for the 2026/27 season automatically renewed and payment processed.

■Eligibility Conditions
Those who joined as eligible members for automatic renewal by selecting credit card payment on the fan club application website.
■Notes
・If you wish to join a membership grade other than the one you joined for the Meiji Yasuda J1 Centennial Club League, please complete the enrollment procedure by the first application period.
・Those who joined through channels other than the fan club application website, or who chose a payment method other than credit card, are not eligible for automatic renewal.
・Even if you are not eligible as stated above, if you register your credit card information on your My Page, you will become eligible for automatic renewal. If you wish to do so, please register your credit card information by the automatic renewal processing period.
