Scan the dedicated QR code located on the armrest of your seat with your smartphone to access the order page (please use the QR code for the seat you are sitting in).
2) Place Order and Make Cashless Payment
Select items from the displayed menu and proceed to payment (you can order items from multiple stores at once).
3) Receive Order at Your Seat
Delivery staff will bring your ordered items to your seat (please remain in your seat after ordering).

・If the service is suspended due to system trouble, orders already placed may be canceled. In such cases, paid amounts will be refunded or payments will be canceled.
・It may take time to complete your order due to communication conditions, etc. Please do not tap other parts of the screen or close your browser until the completion screen is displayed.
・Alcoholic beverages are not sold to customers under 20 years old or to drivers. If you order alcoholic beverages, you may be asked to verify that you are 20 years of age or older when receiving your order.
・We cannot refund product fees for items not picked up within the designated time. Also, ordered items will be discarded if not picked up by the end of the match.
・If you leave the browser (e.g., by closing it) before the order completion screen is displayed, only the payment process may be executed, but such payment will be canceled within a few days. In that case, there will be no burden on the user.

・If you require a receipt when using a credit card, please enter your email address in the designated receipt field when entering your credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email at a later date.
