・Due to bad weather or other reasons, the service may be suspended or orders may be canceled. In such cases, an announcement will be made by the facility or promoter.
・If the service becomes unavailable due to system issues, orders already placed may be canceled. In such cases, paid amounts will be refunded or payments will be canceled.
・Due to communication conditions, it may take some time to complete your order. Do not tap other parts of the screen or close the browser until the completion screen is displayed.
・Alcoholic beverages are not sold to customers under 20 years of age or to drivers. If you order alcoholic beverages, we may ask for proof that you are 20 years of age or older when delivering your order.
・We cannot refund the price of items that are not picked up within the designated time. Also, ordered items will be discarded if not picked up by the end of the match.
・If you close the browser before the order completion screen is displayed, payment may be processed without an order being placed, but such payments will be canceled within a few days. In such cases, there will be no burden on the user.
・Payment is by online payment only.
・If you need a receipt when using a credit card, please enter your email address in the dedicated receipt field when entering your credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email at a later date.
・This service uses "Uri-Call" by Uhuru Corporation, and the online payment statement will show "Uri-Call".
