We would like to announce that we will hold a "Sustainability Match ~Always the Same Dream~" at the Meiji Yasuda J1 Centennial Goal League Regional League Round EAST Section 3 match against Kashiwa Reysol on Saturday, February 21.
"Always the same dream." This match title expresses our strong determination to carry on the "Football Dream," which has been our unchanging slogan since our founding, and to continue pursuing the same dream with all our colleagues involved with the club.
As times change and the environment, football, and communities undergo significant transformations, it is essential for Kashima Antlers to build a foundation for the club's continued sustainability—protecting the environment, growing with the community, and passing on our values to the next generation. We have established this stance as the club's sustainability policy, "Always the Same Dream ~ With Antlers, For Sustainability ~," and this will be the first time we hold a "Sustainability Match ~Always the Same Dream~."

1) "Anton" to lead sustainability activities as an ambassador! Collaborative videos for fun learning to be released on YouTube
Anton, Antlers' official mascot, has been appointed as an ambassador for the Sustainability Match. To spread sustainability activities in a fun and profound way with our supporters, Anton will take the lead in various activities.
The official YouTube channel "Tokoton Anton TV" will broadcast collaborative videos for this match. Through Anton's daily life, children and adults alike can learn about sustainability in a fun and easy-to-understand way. Please watch with your family before coming to the stadium.

2) Learn while having fun! "Anton 'Sustena' Quiz Rally"
We will hold a quiz rally where you can learn about the sustainability activities that Antlers is promoting in cooperation with partner companies. On the day of the event, you can challenge quizzes while visiting exhibition booths that introduce activities in collaboration with each company. The first 1,500 people to answer all questions correctly will receive an "Anton Original Sticker," and a lottery will be held where you can win a latest replica uniform signed by players. The quiz rally sheet also has "a little trick," so please participate at the stadium and experience the future that the club aims for.

3) "Sustainable Stadium" Demonstration Experiment
As a first step to finding the form of a sustainable stadium, we will conduct the following demonstration experiments on the day:
・Carpooling service "notteco" demonstration experiment
・Composition analysis of stadium waste
・CO2 emission measurement experiment
This event will be held using the support funds collected through the "Oshi J Club Support Campaign," a collaborative initiative with club partner NTT Docomo.
