We are pleased to announce that we will be trial introducing a stadium gourmet seat delivery system for some food and drink establishments in the Mercari Stadium concourse and for Category 1 seats during the Meiji Yasuda J1 Centennial League Matchday 2 against Yokohama F. Marinos on Saturday, February 14.

How to Use

1) Scan QR code for order and display menu
Scan the dedicated QR code located on the armrest of your seat with your smartphone to access the order page (please use the QR code for the seat you are occupying).

2) Order and Cashless Payment
Select items from the displayed menu and complete payment (you can order items from multiple stores at once).

3) Receive items at your seat
Delivery staff will bring your ordered items directly to your seat (please do not leave your seat after ordering).

・If there are too many orders, products may be temporarily suspended from sale. Please check the service for sales status.
・Due to bad weather or other reasons, the service may be suspended or orders may be canceled. In such cases, announcements will be made by the facility or event organizer.
・If the service is suspended due to system issues, orders already placed may be canceled. In such cases, paid amounts will be refunded or payments will be canceled.
・Due to communication conditions, it may take time for your order to be completed. Do not tap other parts of the screen or close the browser until the completion screen is displayed.
・Alcoholic beverages are not sold to customers under 20 years old or to drivers. If you order alcoholic beverages, you may be asked to verify that you are 20 years of age or older upon delivery.
・Refunds for product charges will not be issued if items are not picked up within the designated time. Additionally, ordered items will be discarded if not picked up by the end of the match.
・If you close your browser or leave the page before the order completion screen is displayed, only the payment process may be executed. However, such payments will be canceled within a few days. In such cases, there will be no charge to the user.
・Payment is by online payment only.
・If you require a receipt when using a credit card, please enter your email address in the dedicated receipt field when entering your credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email at a later date.
・The system for this service uses U-FULL Co., Ltd.'s "Uricall," and online payment statements will show "Uricall."
・If browser cookies are deleted, your order history may become unavailable. Please use normal browsing mode, not private mode.
・The recommended browsers are the latest versions of Safari and Chrome, and the recommended OS are the latest versions of iOS and Android OS. Feature phones cannot be used.
