Kashima Antlers FC Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Fumiaki Koizumi, hereinafter "Kashima Antlers") is pleased to announce that it has concluded a club partner agreement with AlbaLink Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Kenji Kawata, hereinafter "AlbaLink"). Going forward, both companies will leverage their knowledge and strengths to jointly promote initiatives aimed at realizing a sustainable regional society through the resolution of the vacant house problem.

AlbaLink is a company whose mission is to "eliminate vacant houses." It aims to solve the problem of vacant houses, which has become a nationwide social issue, through its business of revitalizing illiquid real estate. In particular, utilizing its unique know-how and network, it actively purchases "problem properties" and dilapidated vacant houses that are difficult for other companies to handle, renovates them, and matches them with new demand, thereby developing a "real estate revitalization business." In addition, it has concluded cooperation agreements with local governments nationwide and is actively engaged in activities directly linked to solving regional issues, such as establishing a scheme to resolve vacant houses without burdening public funds.
Kashima Antlers is working with its hometown and many partner companies to achieve sustainable regional development through public-private partnerships. Based in Mercari Stadium and the surrounding areas, the club goes beyond the framework of a football club to practice solution models that leverage its network to address various social issues, including health management, environmental conservation, and the revitalization of local communities.
In this way, as each company worked to solve regional issues and create value, they strongly resonated with the shared aspirations of "sustainable town development through the effective utilization of regional resources (vacant houses)" and "building regional problem-solving models led by the private sector," which led to the conclusion of this club partner agreement.
Going forward, both companies will combine the knowledge gained from their respective activities and merge the club's regional network with AlbaLink's revitalization know-how to further accelerate activities to promote measures against vacant houses. In addition, through the establishment of vacant house consultation counters at the stadium and proposals for the utilization of revitalized properties for fans, supporters, and those wishing to relocate, we aim to realize a sustainable society where local residents can live with peace of mind.
