(Headquarters: Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Fumiyuki Koizumi; hereinafter referred to as "Kashima Antlers") is pleased to announce the launch of a new leadership development program for business leaders, "Antlers Leadership Journey: Practical Leadership for Business from the Field of Victory," in cooperation with GLOBIS Corporation (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yoshito Hori).
Program Purpose: Why "Leadership" Now?
In today's business environment, where uncertainty is increasing and questions without clear answers are constantly emerging, leadership is no longer limited to a select few in management positions. What is now required of all business professionals is the ability to make decisions with their own "core principles" and influence those around them, regardless of their position or authority.
This program aims to be a "journey" where each participant systematically re-examines and reconstructs their own leadership. It achieves this by combining the practical knowledge of Kashima Antlers, which boasts the most titles in Japan with 21 championships and has cultivated an "organizational culture for achieving results" over many years, with GLOBIS's accumulated leadership theory based on "logical thinking and management knowledge."

What Kashima Antlers has built up is a unique culture and leadership model refined to "remain strong" in a rapidly changing environment. At the core of surviving at the top of the turbulent football world and winning another title in the 2025 season lies "leaders' resolve" and "decision-making" that transcend tactics and strategies. We will extract wisdom that can be applied to the business field from the diverse perspectives of management personnel driving transformation and OBs with brilliant achievements.
2. Articulating Unwavering Principles of Action Based on "Aspiration"
This program condenses GLOBIS's training expertise to organize participants' "ideal leader image," "values and strengths to cherish," and "decision-making criteria when facing obstacles." By eliminating short-term gains and losses, participants will establish within themselves "unwavering leadership principles" for deriving optimal solutions in light of the organization's aspiration.
3. Resolving Personal Challenges and Concerns through a Cross-Organizational Community
Dialogue with leaders from various industries provides an excellent opportunity to overcome cognitive biases.
