Yuma Suzuki, Naomichi Ueda selected for JPFA Best Eleven in "JPFA Award 2025"

We are pleased to announce that Yuma Suzuki and Naomichi Ueda of Kashima Antlers have been selected for the "JPFA Best Eleven" at the "Japan Professional Footballers Association (JPFA) Awards 2025," which honors outstanding players belonging to the JPFA, and includes players from overseas clubs and the J1, J2, and J3 Best Eleven.

This is the first time that two players playing in Japan have received the Best Eleven award in the JPFA category.

"JPFA Awards 2025" Award Outline

■Purpose of Award Establishment
To create buzz that generates interest in professional footballers, this award provides a new perspective in which players select other players, regardless of the number of matches played or the league they belong to, aiming to be an award that draws attention to more players.

■Award Eligibility
From the four categories of "JPFA," "J1," "J2," and "J3," the most outstanding player of the season will be awarded the Most Valuable Player Award, and 11 players who have shown remarkable performance will be awarded the Best Eleven.
