*Winners will be selected by lottery from those who have renewed or joined the Meiji Yasuda J1 Centennial Club League (completed renewal/membership procedures and payment) by the application deadline.
■Prize Delivery
Prizes will be shipped sequentially to winners after the lottery results announcement date. Please wait for delivery.

Please log in to your SÓCIO/Fan Club My Page and apply from "Event Application".*When logging in, please use your 2025 season membership information.
Notes
・You cannot choose the player whose autograph you receive on the shikishi. Winners will receive their shikishi by mail.・No attendance points will be used or deducted.
・To apply for the lottery, you must log in to My Page with your J.League ID linked to your membership number.
・Please confirm your J.League ID and membership number before logging in to My Page.
・Prizes will be shipped to the address registered on your My Page.
・Prize shipping is limited to Japan.
