This volunteer program primarily involves assisting with the operations of Antlers home games. Participants will also have opportunities to attend various welfare events. We welcome applications from those who have registered with us in the past, as well as those who are enthusiastic.
Eligibility (Must meet all of the following conditions)
・Healthy individuals aged 18 or older (excluding high school students) who can participate in at least 9 home games between February 2026 and June 2027: 3 or more games in the 2026 special season, 3 or more games in the first half of the 2026-27 season, and 3 or more games in the second half.・Must attend the mandatory operational training.
*Conditions may change depending on the situation.

Activity Days
Antlers home game days*Volunteer registrants will be asked to submit their available dates, and after adjustments by the secretariat, they will be notified of their activity schedule.
*Information regarding activities for local sports events will be provided as needed.
Transportation and Other Expenses
・Transportation costs: Partially covered・Injury insurance coverage (excludes natural disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis)
・Meal (1 meal): Provided to those who request it
・Uniform rental

Training Session
Operational training will be conducted (dates will be announced later).*Attendance at this training is required for registration, so please be sure to attend.
Welfare Events
Various welfare events are available for Antlers Sports Volunteer (ASV) staff to participate in.*Welfare events may be canceled or changed due to social conditions, etc. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
■Away Training
Participants travel to away games to observe the volunteer operations of other clubs and watch the matches. This training is designed to learn about game operations elsewhere and apply them to Antlers' game operations, as well as to deepen camaraderie among members.
■Match Ticket Present
This system allows volunteers who participate in a specified number of volunteer duties or more to receive tickets to Antlers home games.
■ASV Gathering
An "ASV Gathering" is held for all volunteers.
■Commemorative Gift
Those who participate in a specified number of volunteer duties or more will receive a commemorative gift (after the end of the 2026-27 season activities).
■Long-Service Award
Awards are given to individuals who have continuously participated for 10, 20, and 30 years.

Other
If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, the steering committee will conduct a document review and notify the individuals.*Application forms will not be returned.
