About the "Kashima Tickets" Resale Service
Customers who are no longer able to attend the match can resell their tickets through "Kashima Tickets" at a price equal to or lower than the price they originally purchased them for.■Eligible Tickets and Conditions
Annual tickets (SÓCIO, Season Tickets, Half Season Tickets) and tickets purchased on "Kashima Tickets" and issued as QR tickets are eligible for resale.
The possible listing price varies depending on the price of the purchased ticket.

October 16th (Thursday) - November 7th (Friday) 23:59
※Transactions outside of this period are not possible.
■Fees and Payment when Listing on the Resale Service
・If a resale is successful, the seller will receive the listing price minus a resale application fee (10% of the listing price) and a remittance processing fee (300 yen, excluding tax).
・Payment will be transferred to the registered account approximately two weeks after the end of the resold event.
■For Customers Purchasing Tickets through the Resale Service
・Payment method is credit card only.
・Ticket issuance method is QR ticket only.
・In addition to the ticket price, a resale purchase fee (200 yen/ticket, excluding tax) will be charged separately.

■Important Notes
・You can cancel a listing yourself if it has not yet been sold. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be canceled.
・Please ensure that your registered bank account information for payment is accurate and complete.
・Depending on the seat, parts of the pitch, bench, or players may be difficult to see. Ticket cancellations and refunds are not possible after purchase.
・No changes to seat location or refunds will be made on the day of the match due to viewing conditions. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Purchasing tickets for the purpose of illegal resale is strictly prohibited. If it is determined that tickets were purchased for the purpose of illegal resale, account usage restrictions may be imposed. Furthermore, if reselling is confirmed, the relevant tickets will be invalidated.
・Kashima Antlers does not recognize ticket resale transactions outside of the official resale service. Please note in advance that the club will not be held responsible for any issues that arise from transactions outside of the official resale service.
