Regarding additional ticket sales

■Precautions
・We will be selling a portion of the North Stand Upper Area, which was previously unavailable for regular sale, and a portion of the South Stand Upper Area, which was unavailable due to Mercari Stadium repair work. These areas were originally designated as Supporters' Seat General Admission, but to ensure the safety of spectators, they will be sold as an extension of the East Zone General Admission and West Zone General Admission. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding when purchasing tickets.
Regarding ticket sales at the Mercari Stadium ticket office on the day of the match
There will be no ticket sales at the Mercari Stadium ticket office on the day of the match.Even if there are remaining tickets from the additional sales on the day of the match, all sales will be conducted through "Kashima Tickets."
About Kashima Tickets Resale Service
Customers who are no longer able to attend the match due to unforeseen circumstances can set a selling price equal to or lower than their original purchase price and resell their tickets through "Kashima Tickets."■Eligible Tickets and Conditions
Tickets purchased through "Kashima Tickets" and issued as QR tickets can be resold.
The possible listing price will vary depending on the price of the ticket purchased.

■Fees and Payment when listing on the Resale Service
・When a resale is completed, the seller will receive a payment equal to the listing price minus the resale application fee (10% of the listing price) and the transfer processing fee (300 yen, excluding tax).
・Payments will be transferred to the registered account approximately two weeks after the resold event ends.
■To customers purchasing tickets through the Resale Service
・Payment method is credit card only.
・Ticket issuance method is QR ticket issuance only.
・In addition to the ticket price, a resale purchase fee (200 yen/ticket, excluding tax) will be charged separately.

■Precautions
・You can cancel your listing yourself if the transaction has not been completed. Cancellations are not possible after the transaction has been completed.
・Please ensure that the bank account information for payment is accurate and complete.
・Depending on the seat, some parts of the pitch, bench, or players may be difficult to see. Ticket cancellations and refunds are not possible after purchase.
・Please note that we cannot accommodate changes to seat locations or issue refunds on the day of the match due to viewing environment issues.
