Itako City, Ibaraki Prefecture (Mayor: Hiromichi Hara) and Kashima Antlers FC Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Fumio Koizumi; hereinafter "Kashima Antlers") have launched a crowdfunding project "Everyone for the Future of Antlers 2025" today, September 17 (Wednesday) at 9:00 AM, in collaboration with Itako City, Ibaraki Prefecture, to expand the training environment for their academy, which will bear the future of the club.
Many players currently active in the top team, such as Yuma Suzuki, Daiki Yamada, Yu Funabashi, Shu Mizoguchi, Eiyu Shimoda, Haruto Matsumoto, Homare Tokuda, and Kairo Sato, have paved their way to professional careers from the academy. Following in the footsteps of these players, the support gathered through this project will be carefully used to expand grounds and improve the training environment so that academy players, who will bear the future of Kashima Antlers, can practice in a better environment.
As a token of our gratitude for your support, we have prepared special thank-you gifts, such as tickets to a special match between the youth team, the academy's final category, and the top team, and limited-edition goods signed by players. This project is eligible for hometown tax deductions, and within the donation limit, you can support with an out-of-pocket expense of effectively 2,000 yen.
We sincerely ask for your warm support for this challenge to nurture future players.
