・It may take time for an order to be completed due to communication conditions. Please do not click on other parts of the screen or close your browser until the completion screen is displayed.
・Alcoholic beverages are not sold to customers under 20 years of age or to drivers. If you order alcoholic beverages, you may be asked to confirm that you are 20 years of age or older when picking up your order.
・A reminder message will be sent to the SMS, email, or LINE account selected for identity verification on the pickup date.
・Products can only be picked up on the date selected at the time of ordering.
・The selected time slot is the valid time for product pickup. No refunds will be given for products not picked up within the valid time. Additionally, ordered products will be discarded if not picked up by the end of the match.
・If you leave the browser before the order completion screen is displayed, such as by closing it, only the payment process may be executed, but such payment will be canceled within a few days. In this case, there will be no burden on the user.
・Payment is only available online. Payment at the time of pickup is not supported.
・If you require a receipt for credit card use, please enter your email address in the dedicated receipt field when entering your credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email at a later date.
・If you require a receipt other than for credit card payment, please request it at the time of product pickup.
・This service's system uses "UriCall" from U-Hub Co., Ltd., and online payment statements will show "UriCall" as the description.
・If you do not receive the SMS containing the verification code during identity verification, please check your carrier's SMS reception settings.
・If you delete your browser's cookies, you may not be able to check your order history. Please use in normal mode, not private mode.
・The recommended browsers are the latest versions of Safari and Chrome, and the recommended OS is the latest version of iOS and Android OS. Feature phones cannot be used.
