How to Purchase Tickets
(1) From the match selection screen of "Kashima Ticket," please select "2025 LAST 3 Match Ticket Set."(2) Select your desired seat type, the corresponding membership grade, and the number of tickets, then purchase the exchange voucher. After selecting the membership grade, you can specify your desired seat by selecting "Specify seat."

■Ticket Exchange Method
Please bring the "2025 LAST 3 Match Ticket Set Exchange Voucher" (QR ticket or paper ticket) you purchased to the same-day ticket counter outside the stadium on the day of the match. One exchange voucher can be exchanged for admission tickets for the three target matches.
■Entry Method
Please hold the QR code printed on the admission ticket (original ticket face) you receive over the gate terminal to enter. No ticket tearing will occur.
■Ticket Exchange Time and Location
October 5 (Sunday) 11:00 - 16:00 (from 1 hour before doors open until the second half kickoff)
Same-day ticket counter outside the stadium (South Stand side)
*Ticket exchange will also be available on the day of the Yokohama FC match (11/8) and the Yokohama FM match (12/6) from one hour before doors open until the second half kickoff. Please note that refunds will not be issued for matches not attended.
■Notes
・Entry to the stadium with the "exchange voucher" issued at the time of purchase is not permitted. Please be sure to visit the same-day ticket counter to receive your admission ticket before entering.
・All target seat types are reserved seats. When purchasing on "Kashima Ticket," please specify your seat location by selecting "Specify seat." If you complete the purchase by selecting "Proceed to number of tickets without specifying seats," there is a possibility that you will not be seated next to each other. Cancellations after purchase cannot be made, so please be aware of this in advance.
・Sales will end once the planned number of tickets has been reached.
・If any of the target matches are canceled or postponed, this ticket can be used to watch a replacement match. However, please note that refunds will not be issued for only a portion of the matches.
・Lost or damaged exchange vouchers and admission tickets will not be reissued. Please keep your tickets safe.

Registration for the 2025 season Fan Club "Regular" is open until September 30 (Tuesday) 23:59.We have received a large number of registrations, and the stock of membership benefits goods is running low.
