Traffic Information and Exit Route for the Fukuoka Match (8/16)

We would like to inform you about transportation information for the 2025 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchday 26 against Avispa Fukuoka, held at Mercari Stadium on Saturday, August 16th (18:00 kick-off).

A large number of spectators are expected for this match. Congestion is also anticipated for all public transportation, so if you plan to attend, please check the transportation information and arrive early with plenty of time to spare, aiming for before 2 hours prior to kick-off (16:00).

Please refrain from unauthorized parking or stopping in surrounding commercial facilities or on roads. Also, forcefully crossing surrounding roads is extremely dangerous, so please use pedestrian crossings.

■Express Bus
Tokyo Station - Kashima Area
You can board without a reservation, but heavy congestion is expected, so we recommend using the service early. In particular, buses departing around 4-5 hours before kick-off (around 13:00-14:00) are expected to be crowded.

Please note that all express buses bound for Kashima Jingu Station departing from Tokyo Station between 6 hours before kick-off (12:00) and 2 hours before kick-off (16:00) will be extended to Mercari Stadium.

Additionally, there are reservation-only direct bus services departing from and arriving at each station, so please use these as well.

Buses operate approximately every 30 minutes from 12:00 until before the first half kick-off.

Train

On the day of the match, the Kashima Rinkai Railway will make temporary stops at Kashima Soccer Stadium Station. Please note that IC cards cannot be used for the Mito direction.

Car

The roads from Itako IC and to the stadium are expected to be extremely congested from approximately 3 hours before the match starts. Also, after the match, it may take over an hour to exit from the parking lots around the stadium. To alleviate traffic congestion, we kindly ask for your cooperation in using public transportation or carpooling to arrive at the stadium.

Motorcycles and Bicycles

Bicycle parking is available in the yellow area on the map below. Parking in any other location is prohibited.

Also, entering from intersections or pedestrian crossings is extremely dangerous, so please refrain from doing so. On sidewalks, please dismount your vehicle and push it.

Regarding exit routes from Gate 5

A large number of people are expected to attend this match, so Gate 5 and the intersection in front of the stadium are expected to be particularly congested after the match. We may implement controlled guidance, so please follow the instructions of staff.
