We are pleased to announce that we have signed a club partnership agreement with Nishihara Shōji Holdings Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Yasuhiro Nishihara, hereinafter "Nishihara Shōji Holdings"). Moving forward, both companies will leverage their respective expertise to vitalize initiatives aimed at realizing a circular economy in Kashima City and other local areas.



Nishihara Shōji Holdings, which aims to vitalize initiatives for the realization of a circular economy, is a leading company promoting GX/DX (Green/Digital Transformation) in the fields of waste collection and transportation, processing, and resource recycling. In March of this year, they signed a "Cooperation Agreement on the Promotion of Proper Disposal of General Waste" with Kashima City, and on August 1st, they launched "Dustalk," a platform for requesting bulky waste collection. These initiatives demonstrate their commitment to addressing specific local issues. Additionally, Kashima Antlers, in collaboration with Kashima City, its hometown, and several partner companies, is promoting resource recycling through public-private partnerships. Based at Mercari Stadium and the surrounding area, they are implementing various resource recycling schemes, including horizontal recycling of PET bottles and collection of paper cups and PET bottle caps.

This club partnership agreement was realized because both companies, committed to realizing a circular economy, resonated with the idea of solving social issues through DX in waste processing involving the community and building a sustainable regional operating model. Moving forward, both companies will integrate the knowledge gained from their respective initiatives and further strengthen their activities.
