We are pleased to announce that the 6th term of "Antlers Business College," a program aimed at fostering leaders in the sports business field, will be launched in collaboration with GLOBIS Corporation.
"Antlers Business College" is a program that allows participants to learn about sports business from various angles, from management to on-site perspectives, by experiencing practical case studies of Kashima Antlers. The 5th term was held from June to December 2023.
The 6th term, which will run for approximately five months starting from July 2025, will provide practical learning through lectures on fundamental management know-how by instructors, primarily Antlers management, as well as introductions to actual case studies, discussions among participants, and the consideration and proposal of specific business plans. The program aims to foster individuals who can contribute to understanding the entire sports business, not just football, and create value for the local community and society.
This year, we will also hold a free experiential session where participants can get a partial feel for what Antlers Business College sessions are like and what kind of discussions take place among participants.

In addition, managers from various groups within the club will participate in the program, and individuals who have led sports business fields other than football are also scheduled to give presentations.

・Business professionals currently involved in or aspiring to be involved in sports business・Professional athletes and sports operating company staff who wish to deepen their understanding of sports business
・Local government officials, sponsors, and partner company staff who are involved in sports business but wish to deepen their understanding and utilize it more effectively
