If you place an advance order on the dedicated website by the day before the match, you can pick up your items at the designated advance reservation pickup window at the vendor when you arrive.

・Product pickup is only possible on the date selected at the time of order.
・The selected time slot is the valid time for product pickup. We cannot refund payments for products not picked up within the specified time. Also, ordered products will be discarded if not picked up by the end of the match.
・If you close the browser or navigate away before the order completion screen is displayed, only the payment process may be executed, but the payment will be canceled within a few days. In such cases, there is no burden on the user.
・Payment is only accepted online. Payment at the time of pickup is not supported.
・If a receipt is required for credit card use, please enter your email address in the designated receipt field when entering credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email later.
・If a receipt other than for credit card payment is required, please request it at the time of product pickup.
・The system for this service uses "Uri-Call" by Uhuru Corporation, and online payment statements will be listed as "Uri-Call."
・If you do not receive the verification code SMS during identity verification, please check your carrier's SMS reception settings, etc.
