This is an announcement for SÓCIO and season ticket holders eligible for free tickets to the 2025 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchday 16 against Kawasaki Frontale, to be held on Sunday, May 11th.
This match is a home game held at the Japan National Stadium as "THE National DAY". Due to the venue change from Kashima Stadium, all SÓCIO and season ticket holders, with the exception of SÓCIO Royal members, are required to select their seats and obtain tickets via
"Kashima Ticket" regardless of their membership grade. Please follow the steps below to obtain your free tickets.
Please note that various operations, including entry methods, will differ from regular home games, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The entire club looks forward to your attendance.
Free Ticket Acquisition and Sales Start Dates

*We will secure tickets for eligible seat types in each category for free acquisition until April 14th (Monday) 23:59. After this period, exchanges for 0 yen will no longer be possible once the ticket stock for each category runs out, so please acquire your tickets as early as possible.
How to Acquire Tickets
Step 1: Register for a J.League ID
Step 2: Link your J.League ID with your Fan Club Membership Number (One-Touch Pass ID)
Step 3: Apply for eligible tickets on
"Kashima Ticket"*If you have already completed Steps 1 and 2, you can proceed from Step 3.*If you registered online, please apply for tickets from Step 3 using the J.League ID you used during registration.

Access "
Kashima Ticket" on your device. If using a smartphone, tap "User Registration" in the top right. If using a PC, open the account menu in the top right and click "User Registration (Free)".
2.
Enter your email address in the field and tap "Send Email." A URL will be sent to that address, which you can use to complete your account registration.
3.
Set Kashima Antlers as your favorite club, check "Receive emails," and tap the registration button. Your J.League ID registration is now complete.
Step 2: Linking your J.League ID with your Fan Club Membership Number (One-Touch Pass ID)
1.
Access "
Kashima Ticket" on your device and log in with your registered J.League ID.
2.
From the top right menu, tap "One-Touch Pass ID (Club Issued Membership Number) Settings".
3.
Tap "Add One-Touch Pass ID."
*If you have already linked your One-Touch Pass ID, your registered fan club grade will be displayed on this screen.
4.
On the club selection screen, select "Kashima Antlers" and tap "Enter One-Touch Pass ID."
5.
Enter your Fan Club Membership Number (One-Touch Pass ID) as stated on your membership card.
6.
Please enter the date of birth you registered when joining SÓCIO or the Fan Club.
7.
Confirm that the membership number and fan club grade information to be linked to your J.League ID are correct, then tap "Proceed to Step 4 (Confirm Customer Information)".
8.
Confirm that the information displayed on the screen is correct, then tap "Complete".
9.
Once the "One-Touch Pass ID (Club Issued Membership Number) Registration Completed" screen is displayed, the process is complete.
Step 3: Applying for Tickets on "Kashima Ticket" *For SÓCIO Category 1
1.
Access "
Kashima Ticket" on your device. Log in with your J.League ID linked to your fan club membership number. From the match selection screen, select "vs Kawasaki Frontale" and tap your eligible seat type.
2.
From the displayed options, select the 0 yen purchase option that includes your "Membership Grade." (e.g., "★[0 yen purchase] SÓCIO Category 1★QR Ticket (Kashima Ticket)").
*Please make sure to select an option that clearly states [0 yen purchase]. If you choose any other option, you will be redirected to a paid ticket purchase screen.

Tap either "Select Seats" or "Select Quantity without Selecting Seats".
*If you do not select seats, choose the quantity and proceed to Flow 7.

Your temporarily held ticket information will be displayed. Please confirm the details and tap "Proceed to purchase process."
*The following steps only complete the acquisition of 0-yen tickets. If you wish to purchase other seats together, tap "Search for other seats" and select your desired seat type.
8.
For "Payment Method (Fees)", select "No Payment", and for "Receiving Method (Fees)", select "QR Ticket Issuance", then tap "Proceed to next".
9.
Confirm your purchase information and the various terms of use, then check the "I agree to the terms of use" checkbox and tap "Confirm Application."
10.
When the "Application Complete" screen is displayed, your purchase is complete.
11.
Tap "QR Ticket Issuance" in the top right corner of
"Kashima Ticket".
*For PC users, click "Ticket List / QR Ticket Issuance" from the menu button in the top right.
12.
From the match selection screen, select "Kashima Antlers vs Kawasaki Frontale" and tap the ticket you wish to display as a QR ticket.
13.
"QR Ticket Issuance" is now complete.
