This volunteer program primarily involves assisting with the operation of Antlers home games. We also offer various welfare events and other opportunities to participants. We look forward to applications from those who have registered in the past and those who are motivated to join.
Eligibility Requirements (Must meet all of the following)
・Healthy individuals aged 18 or older (excluding high school students)・Able to participate in at least 4 activities (at least 2 times in the first half and at least 2 times in the second half of the season) during home games from February to December 2025.

3) Distribution of flyers, etc.
4) Attendance counting
5) Ticket exchange
6) Ticket checking
7) Operating eco-stations, etc.
Cooperation with other local sports events and volunteer activities

Activity Days
Antlers home game dates※Registered volunteers will submit their available dates, and after coordination by the secretariat, we will notify them of their assigned activity dates.
※For activities related to local sports events, we will contact you as needed.
Transportation expenses, etc.
・Transportation expenses: Partially provided・Accident insurance coverage (excluding cases caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis)
・Meal (1 meal): Provided to those who wish

Training Session
We will hold a business training session (dates will be announced later).※Attendance at this training session is required for registration, so please be sure to attend.
Welfare Events
Various welfare events are available for Antlers Sports Volunteer (ASV) staff to participate in.※Welfare events may be canceled or changed due to social conditions, etc. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
■Away Training
Participants travel to away games to observe volunteer operations at other clubs and watch matches. This training aims to learn about match operations at other venues, apply it to Antlers' match operations, and deepen interactions among members.
■Match Ticket Gift
This system allows you to receive match tickets for Antlers home games if you participate in volunteer activities a specified number of times or more.
■ASV Gathering
Once a year, we hold an "ASV Gathering" that all volunteers can attend.
■Commemorative Gift
Those who participate in activities 4 or more times a year will receive a commemorative gift (after the end of the year's activities).
■Long-Service Award
We award those who have continuously participated for 10, 20, or 30 years.

If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, the steering committee will conduct a document review and notify the individuals concerned.※Application forms will not be returned.
