We are pleased to announce that we will be accepting requests to change the name and number on replica uniforms for new players for those who have applied for categories or options that include a replica uniform as part of their 2025 season SÓCIO or Fan Club membership.

Please check the eligibility requirements below. If you wish to make a change, please apply using the form. Please note that applications will be accepted until Monday, January 6th at 23:59.

Sunday, January 5th - Monday, January 6th, 23:59

Eligibility for Change Requests

Only those who meet the following two conditions are eligible to request a change.
(1) Those who have already joined the 2025 season SÓCIO or purchased a season ticket with the regular uniform option by Saturday, January 4th.
*Those who changed their SÓCIO benefit uniform to "19 free ticket coupons" or did not apply for the regular uniform option are not eligible.

(2) Those who requested a name and number of an existing player when applying for or renewing their 2025 season membership.
*Those who applied for the "Original Name Processing" as an early SÓCIO enrollment/renewal benefit, or "12 ANTLERS" are not eligible.

*To apply, you will need your membership number, name, contact email address, and the first choice uniform player you selected during the renewal/enrollment process.

Notes

・Only name and number changes will be accepted. Please understand that we cannot accommodate size changes.
・If multiple change applications are confirmed, the latest application content will be used for the change.
・If new players are announced during the application period, the options for eligible players will be updated as needed.

For 2025 season Fan Club members who have not yet purchased the "2025 Season 1st Replica Uniform (with Name & Number)" early enrollment paid option, please consider this opportunity. You can purchase it at a special Fan Club member price!
