To reduce waiting times for visitors purchasing stadium gourmet and to ensure a comfortable experience, we will be introducing a mobile ordering system at some vendors for the FC Machida Zelvia match, following its introduction for the Matchday 36 match against Nagoya Grampus on Saturday, November 9th. If you pre-order through the dedicated website by the day before the match, you can pick up your items at the dedicated pre-order pick-up window at the vendor when you arrive at the stadium.

・If you close your browser before the order completion screen is displayed, or otherwise leave the page, only the payment process may be completed, but that payment will be canceled within a few days. In this case, there will be no burden on the user.
・Payment is only available online. Payment at the time of pick-up is not supported.
・If you require a receipt for credit card use, please enter your email address in the designated receipt field when entering your credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email at a later date.
・If you require a receipt for payments other than credit card, please request it at the time of product pick-up.
・This service uses "Uri-Call" by U-FUL Co., Ltd., and online payment statements will show "Uri-Call".
・If you do not receive the SMS containing the verification code during identity verification, please check your carrier's SMS reception settings, etc.
・If you delete your browser's cookies, you may not be able to check your order history. Please use normal mode, not private mode.
