We are pleased to announce that the "Antlers Stadium Camp 2024" will be held at the Prefectural Kashima Soccer Stadium from Saturday, July 27th to Sunday, July 28th.

The Stadium Camp, which resumed last year after a four-year hiatus, will be held again this year. In addition to the popular stadium tour, drone piloting experience, and sky balloon event, we are also bringing back the stargazing experience from the stadium. We have prepared a program perfect for summer research.

Spend a summer moment on the stadium pitch, where you normally cannot enter, and create wonderful memories. We look forward to your participation!

Saturday, July 27, 2024, 13:00 to Sunday, July 28, 12:00 (tentative)

*The event will be held rain or shine (it may be canceled in case of severe weather).
*The program content may change in case of rain.

Venue

Prefectural Kashima Soccer Stadium (26-2 Shinkoji, Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

Parking

Please use the stadium's front parking lot.

Capacity

47 groups (2-4 people/group, maximum 188 people)
*Minimum of 2 people per group, with at least one participant aged 18 or older.
*Groups consisting only of individuals under 18 years old cannot participate.

■Basic Fee
・2 Adults: 39,600 yen (tax included)

*Junior high school students and older are charged adult rates. Children aged 3 and under are free.

Important Notes

■Response to Severe Weather
・If the camp cannot be held due to typhoons, heavy rain, or other reasons, it may be canceled at the discretion of the organizers.
・In case of cancellation, we will notify you at your registered email address by 9:00 AM on the day of the event.

■Conduct within the Venue
Please act responsibly within the venue, confirming and strictly adhering to the following rules.
・We will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur within the venue.
・If damage is caused to facilities or equipment, compensation may be claimed.
・Please manage your valuables responsibly. The club will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
・Eating and drinking on the pitch is strictly prohibited (only water is allowed for beverages).
・The use of open flames (cigarettes, mosquito coils, lanterns, candles, etc.) on the pitch and inside tents is strictly prohibited (battery-powered lanterns are permitted).
・Smoking is strictly prohibited outside designated smoking areas.
・Underage drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited (identity verification may be requested in some cases).
・Do not dig trenches on the pitch.
・Intentionally damaging the grass is strictly prohibited.
・Entry to the pitch in shoes with heels is prohibited.
・Activities that disturb other participants, such as "test of courage" games inside or outside the venue, are prohibited.
・The use of audio equipment is permitted until 10:00 PM at night. During the day, please keep the volume low.
・Bringing pets into the venue is strictly prohibited.
・The installation of tarps within the venue is prohibited.
・Please refrain from any other acts that disrupt public order or cause inconvenience to others.

■Prohibited Items
・Cooking utensils (cooking on the pitch is not allowed)
・Pets such as dogs and cats (even if brought in a cage, they are not allowed)
・Loud noise-generating equipment and audio equipment such as generators, karaoke machines, radio-cassette players, and speakers
・Water balloons and fireworks

■Use of the Pitch Side and Ant-hill
・Participants may set up their own chairs (please be considerate of other participants).

■Toilets and Showers
・Toilets and showers located in the player's locker rooms are available for use.
・Please be considerate of others as there is a limited number of shower rooms.
・Soap, shampoo, and towels are not provided or available for rent, so please bring your own.
