We will be hosting the "ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB Corporate Research Fair for 2027/2028 Graduates and Recent Graduates" at Kashima Sports Center!
This event is held as part of our corporate philosophy sponsorship activities (*) in collaboration with ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies. Its purpose is to "create points of contact between companies and fans/supporters, secure young talent to lead the region's future, support career development, and contribute to future regional economic growth." It is designed for students graduating in 2027 or 2028, as well as recent graduates.
Many ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies will be participating and hosting booths on the day. Since it takes place on a match day, unlike typical joint corporate briefings, recruiters will be wearing Antlers uniforms or merchandise while presenting their companies. Participants are also encouraged to attend in their usual fan gear—feel free to drop by!
(*) What are corporate philosophy sponsorship activities?
At ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB, a portion of membership fees is donated as "philosophy sponsorship funds" to support activities aimed at regional and social contribution.

Event Overview
This event is a joint corporate briefing for students expected to graduate in 2027 and 2028, as well as recent graduates seeking new career paths.
Inside the venue, you can freely visit the company booths and hear directly from recruiters. It is a golden opportunity to get "real-world information" that you can't find on websites, such as specific job details, company culture, and required skills.
Discovering excellent companies or unexpected career paths you didn't know before can significantly broaden your horizons. Please feel free to join us, even if it's just to gather information.

・Recent graduates (within 3 years of graduation) who are considering or seeking a career change

The first 30 people to register in advance will receive a ticket to watch the match against Cerezo Osaka (East Zone/Unreserved).
*The condition for receiving the ticket is participating in the information sessions of at least two ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies and answering a visitor survey.
Notes on Participation
・If you are not among the first 30 to register in advance or are attending on the day, please purchase a ticket for the match separately via "Kashima Tickets" to attend.
・Depending on venue congestion, entry may be restricted. Please be aware of this in advance.
・You will be asked to leave if you engage in behavior that disturbs other participants.
・Personal information provided to participating companies will be managed according to each company's own privacy policy.
・Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the facility.
・Photos taken by the club at the venue on the day may be used on our official website, official social media, etc.
