The stadium is expected to be crowded on the day of the match, but by using mobile ordering, you can pick up your items smoothly at a dedicated counter.

・In the case of excessive orders, sales may be temporarily suspended. Please check the current status via this service.
・Service may be suspended or orders canceled due to inclement weather, etc. In such cases, an announcement will be made by the facility or the event organizer.
・If the service is suspended due to system trouble, already placed orders may be canceled. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded or the charges will be canceled.
・It may take time to complete an order due to network conditions. Do not click on other parts of the screen or close your browser until the completion screen is displayed.
・We do not sell alcohol to customers under 20 years of age or to drivers. If you order alcohol, we may verify your age upon pickup.
・You will receive a reminder message via SMS, email, or LINE (as selected for identity verification) on the day of pickup.
・Items can only be collected on the date selected during the ordering process.
・The selected time slot is the valid period for item pickup. We cannot provide refunds for items not collected within this window. Any items not collected by the end of the match will be discarded.
・If you leave the page (by closing the browser, etc.) before the order completion screen is displayed, the payment process may occur even if the order was not finalized; such transactions will be canceled within a few days. You will not be charged in these instances.
・Payment is online only. We cannot accept payment at the time of pickup.
・If you require a receipt for credit card payments, please enter your email address in the designated field during the credit card information entry step. An electronic receipt will be emailed to you later.
・If you require a receipt for payments other than credit card, please request one at the time of pickup.
・This service uses "Uricoall" by Uhuru Corporation for its system, so your payment statement will list "Uricoall."
