Restaurant: Handmade Chocolate and Cake Shop - Métier

Melt-in-your-mouth authentic chocolates for White Day or celebration gifts
This handmade chocolate shop was opened in 2000 by chocolatier (a craftsman who makes confectionery using chocolate) Tomoshi Azuma. Mr. Azuma worked for about 20 years at "Konditorei," a chocolate specialty store in Hachioji, Tokyo, where he also served as store manager. He also reportedly trained at Swiss chocolate makers such as "Felchlin" to hone his craftsmanship. He focuses on "melt-in-your-mouth" quality by devising the time, temperature control, and ingredients used in processing chocolate. The shop's showcase always has 30 to 40 different types of chocolates, such as truffles, pistachios, cappuccinos, and flavobosa, so you'll never get tired of visiting. The most popular item in the store is the boxed gift where you can choose your favorite chocolates. It's also perfect as a gift for women who "wish for authentic chocolates as a White Day return gift."
