This time, the 1st-2nd grade division played a round-robin tournament among 4 teams, followed by a final match between the 1st and 2nd place teams from the preliminary round.
The 3rd-4th grade division played two sets of a round-robin tournament among 3 teams, with the team with the most points winning.
This format was used for the tournament.
