School Plus is a one-day school for players who love soccer and want to improve and practice more! This time, the 1st and 2nd graders focused on "dribbling," and the 3rd and 4th graders focused on "shooting."

First, everyone warmed up with an icebreaker! They used their heads while dribbling, which helped to relax both the minds and bodies of the participating children!

After that, they split into groups for training.
1st and 2nd graders: "Dribbling"
First, they practiced drills, focusing on keeping the ball close to their bodies while dribbling and learning several types of fakes.
They practiced repeatedly with both their dominant and non-dominant feet.

Next, they played 1-on-1. Many children challenged themselves to break through using the fakes they had practiced. They cheered loudly when successful, and when they failed, they worked on not making the same mistake again.

3rd and 4th graders: "Shooting"
They repeatedly practiced shooting, asking themselves questions like, "Where should the ball be for an easy kick?" and "Which way should the support foot point?"
As they got used to it, they could position the ball where it was easy to kick and had enough composure to look up, allowing them to shoot while carefully observing the goalkeeper's position!
We also emphasized that someone should always react and shoot at a ball rebounded by the goalkeeper, and aim to score a goal!

Finally, there was a competitive shooting exercise. The rule was that the player who scored a goal became the goalkeeper, and the last player to be the goalkeeper was the champion!
Everyone carefully observed the goalkeeper's position and aimed their shots, and bravely went for rebound shots!

Lastly, the coaches joined in for a match!
Each grade level aimed for the goal, keeping in mind what they had practiced in training!

Finally, the coach said, "Soccer is a sport about scoring goals, so always aim for the goal! Within that, think about when to use the dribbling and shooting techniques you practiced today."
Constantly thinking and making decisions is very important.
We look forward to welcoming players who "want to improve" and "love soccer" again next time!
