Although it was cold that day, the participants had fun chasing the ball and quickly broke a sweat.
【Format and Rules】
・Round-robin tournament with 6-minute matches
・Teams were randomly decided from parents and children who gathered on the day
(If there weren't enough players, one coach would join)
・Kick-in method
・One team consisted of two parent-child pairs, totaling 4 people
・Only parents and children who participated in the matches were eligible for the lottery
【Warm-up】
This time, we started with warm-up exercises using a ball, with parents and children together.
In the competitive parent-child games, the children tried to beat their parents, and the parents challenged their children, saying, "We won't lose to you!"
Since opportunities for parents and children to kick a ball together are rare, all the pairs seemed very happy to be able to do it this time.
【Shooting Practice】
Parents and children took turns practicing trapping a pass and then shooting. Regarding trapping, once we explained the key points, even children who initially struggled were able to stop the ball well.
Finally, we placed a color cone in the center of the goal and held a competition among groups to see how many times they could knock it over. They managed to knock it over many times in a short period, which was very exciting.

Normally, dribbling is done individually, but this time parents and children held hands and practiced dribbling.
Unlike individual dribbling, it seemed difficult to move in the same direction, but parents and children worked together and improved.

29 parent-child pairs were divided into 7 courts, and played 4-on-4 matches with two parent-child pairs per team.
First, they played in mixed parent-child teams, learning the names of their teammates and enjoying the game.
Next, parent teams played against child teams. The children's team tried hard to score goals, but the parent team's defense in front of the goal was solid, and despite creating many scoring chances, they couldn't convert them, which made the game very exciting.
The photos show a child demonstrating the results of their dribbling practice and a mother desperately chasing the ball!

We held a lottery for children and adults, and when their favorite prizes appeared, the children shouted, "I want that!"
For those who won soccer equipment this time, please be sure to use it at the next Family Soccer School.

Thank you to all 29 parent-child pairs who participated this time. The next event will be held on Thursday, February 11th (holiday). We look forward to your participation!
