On Saturday, November 19th and Sunday, November 20th, 2016, the Kitchin Sumireya U-10 Football Tournament will be held at Tsukuba Academy Center.

Tournament entry fee: ¥10,000

[Eligibility]
Must be enrolled in sports injury insurance.
Parents must have approved participation in this tournament.
Must be able to stay for 1 night and 2 days.
Participation by impromptu teams is also permitted.
[Competition Rules]
Day 1 (Qualifying League): 10 teams will be divided into 2 groups (Group A and Group B). Day 2 (Ranking Match): Final rankings will be determined by matches between teams with the same rank from Qualifying Groups A and B.
If a winner is not decided within the time limit, the winner will be determined by a penalty shootout.
However, in the final match, if there is no winner after a 5-minute extra time (half-time), the winner will be determined by a penalty shootout.
*Teams must be composed of U-10 players (4th graders and younger).
*This is an 8-a-side tournament including GK and FP.
*Except for the following provisions, the tournament will be governed by the football competition rules established by the Japan Football Association.
However, local rules will be established as tournament regulations.
*Player registration is limited to 20 players, and substitutions are free.
*Players who receive two warnings will be suspended for the next match, but the suspension will not carry over to the next day.
*If a player is sent off, a substitute will be brought in and the game will continue with 8 players. The sent-off player will be suspended for the next match, but the suspension will not carry over to the next day.
*Only water is allowed as a drink on the pitch.
*No accompanying referee is required.
*Match duration: 15 minutes - 5 minutes - 15 minutes.
League ranking determination
The league matches will be based on a point system (win: 3 points / draw: 1 point / loss: 0 points).
In case of a tie in points, the ranking will be determined by (1) goal difference, (2) total goals scored, (3) head-to-head results, (4) lottery.

1st place and 2nd place only.

Payment for the tournament is requested via advance bank transfer. (Details will be provided at a later date.)
