In this self-training session, they competed in individual matches and doubles.
They gradually got the hang of it, developing strategies such as hitting difficult balls to make it hard for opponents to return, and they enjoyed competing for a long time.
Teqball is very useful for controlling aerial balls and developing basic passing techniques, so we will continue to incorporate and use it not only in regular training but also in self-training sessions.
