This equipment has been installed on two poles along the perimeter of the field. By adjusting the length of the rope with the ball fixed at the end, players can practice heading at various heights.

Players are engaged in various forms of training, such as heading a ball suspended in the air or powerfully striking a ball that bounces back towards them with momentum.

Regarding the introduction, Technical Advisor Ogasawara commented on its effectiveness: "This equipment was also at Ofunato High School, my alma mater. Practicing with it quickly improves skills. It helps you understand how to time your headers and your highest point of contact, so I think it's ideal for grasping the sensation of 'how to step in, how to meet the ball, and how it will fly.'"

Technical Advisor Ogasawara expressed his hopes, saying, "Many players are not good at or don't like heading, but some players who practice with this equipment tell me, 'I've started to like heading!' When you can do something, it becomes fun. I hope they continue to do it voluntarily." He also said, "Thank you very much to everyone who purchased the Academy Support Seats."
