Trip to Shanghai, China (August 6)

Today, we conducted our activities according to the same schedule as a match day. We started at 6:15 AM with a walk and exercises in the park directly in front of the hotel.

After that, we had breakfast, and from 9 AM, we held a training session on the 7-a-side artificial turf soccer field in the park in front of us.

Led by Trainer Kase, we performed running, stretching, and ball passing drills.

Coach Nakano emphasized defensive intensity and quick transitions during the ball passing drills.

The goalkeepers, separate from the main group, worked on stepwork and shot-stopping.

Despite the heat and sweating a lot, they moved their bodies well, even on the day after traveling.

After training, Ogasawara, the Academy Advisor, conveyed the importance of diet and preparation for the upcoming match.
