Academy Report

On May 29th, the Junior Youth U-13 Academy Selection departed for an overseas expedition to Sardinia, Italy.

This expedition consists of 16 players and 4 staff members, totaling 20 individuals, to participate in the Manlio Sardinia Cup, an international tournament held in Sardinia, Italy, from May 30th to June 2nd.

The U-13 (Junior Youth) selected members (team) from Kashima, Norte, and Tsukuba will compete in this tournament. It is an 11-a-side tournament where teams are divided into four groups for the preliminary league, and the top teams advance to the final tournament to vie for victory.

Before departing from Narita Airport, Coach Morishima delivered a spirited message anticipating a tough battle.Player Oyama made a statement of determination.The selected team headed to Rome, transferred to a domestic flight, and then flew to Sardinia. After about an hour's bus ride from the airport, they arrived at the hotel.Since it was a late arrival, they had a light meal and went to bed immediately.
