After the tournament, we greeted Mr. Konno, the representative director of the Tohokujin Konoha Iwate Ground Project, who helped us on this expedition.
On the bus ride home, the children looked through magazines about the earthquake that Ogasawara-sensei had lent them.

Ogasawara-sensei asked the children, "Who knows why we lost?" and the children replied with answers such as "We didn't warm up enough," "We couldn't convert decisive chances," and "We got tired and our intensity dropped."
To that, he simply said, "Those are all excuses. Practice hard and work hard so you don't have to make excuses."
This was truly a message embodying the Antlers spirit.
We look forward to the children's future growth!
