On August 6th and 7th, we held exchange matches with Vegalta Sendai Academy students for two days. Enthusiastic 3rd, 5th, and 6th graders from various Antlers academies participated and enjoyed the matches.
Wearing their respective club uniforms, they represented their clubs and fought for victory in cooperation with their teammates. Coaches also participated in the matches, adding to the excitement of the games.
This time, the Vegalta Sendai Academy students visited Kashima for a two-day, one-night trip, participating in exchange matches and watching a J-League game.
While Vegalta Sendai won the J-League match, the children's exchange matches were very exciting with a back-and-forth struggle.
Due to scheduling conflicts, Antlers academy students were unable to attend the J-League away game against Vegalta Sendai this year, but we plan to do so next year.
