Today was a public holiday in Italy. The tournament finals were held on this holiday. After breakfast, we left the hotel and arrived at the grounds a little after 8 am.
Our opponent in the final match of the tournament, the 13th-place decider, was Galatasaray (Turkey), whom we had played in the qualifying league. In that match, we lost after conceding a goal from a set play.

In the match, against the opponent's possession, we responded tenaciously, closing down space and continuously applying pressure from the front. Although we couldn't score, we created many chances from set plays and other situations.

In the second half, we also emphasized defense, responding tenaciously, and when we won the ball, we aimed for the space behind the opponent and attacked from there, focusing on attacking from crosses. Both teams struggled to create chances, and opportunities arose for both sides from set plays. The evenly matched game ended scoreless, leading to a penalty shootout. Both teams missed one penalty each, and it went to sudden death. The opponent scored their sixth penalty first, and Antlers missed, resulting in a loss.
After the match, the players immediately took a bus to the stadium where the final and closing ceremony were to be held.
The final match was between Inter (Italy) and Leverkusen (Germany). It went to extra time, but Inter won and became champions.
At the awards ceremony, we were awarded the 14th place trophy and also received the Fair Play Award. We performed Brazilian gymnastics on the spot and received a great ovation from the many spectators.
