On the fourth day of our Hawaii expedition, we played two preliminary league matches and one training match.

After spending a night at their host families' homes, the players cheerfully arrived at the venue, communicating with their host families.



Today, we moved from yesterday's venue to the Waipio Soccer Complex. This facility has 23 permanent natural grass soccer fields, where children, adults, women, and even players over 60 were playing. In the center of each field, several medical tents could be seen.The second preliminary league match was against a local team called SURF HI. From the start, the Antlers were dominated by the opponent's attacks. Even when the Antlers won the ball and aimed for a goal, they lost possession due to the opponent's quick press. Then, a fast player exploited a space and scored. After that, they conceded several more goals, ending the first half with a score of 0-5. In the second half, the Antlers tried to counterattack with repeated shots, but instead, they conceded another goal from the opponent's counter. The match ended in a 0-9 defeat.



In the final preliminary league match, we played against the local team HI RUSH. Early in the first half, Hotta Sosuke broke through with a dribble and calmly scored, giving the Antlers a fortunate early lead. However, they couldn't handle the opponent's goalkeeper's long ball, and the loose ball was picked up, resulting in a conceded goal. Nevertheless, in the third minute of the second half, Shinbo Shusuke received a pass in the center of the goal and fired a left-footed shot to take the lead. Then, in the 5th and 16th minutes, Shinbo scored consecutively, completing a hat-trick. The Antlers won the match 4-2, advancing to the final match the next day with two wins and one loss.After the match, the players had lunch with their opponents and deepened their interaction.



Today, too, the players went to their host families' homes, concluding the fourth day of the expedition.
