On Sunday, April 28th, we will hold a "Coordination Skill Up School" at the Hitachinaka City General Athletic Park Recreation Plaza for new elementary school students in grades 1-4. What is coordination ability? It is "the ability to skillfully move one's body." Coordination ability is divided into 7 abilities: "rhythm ability, balance ability, conversion ability, reaction ability, connection ability, orientation ability, and discrimination ability." These abilities are complexly intertwined when playing sports, including football. For example, rhythm ability, balance ability, and connection ability are instantly at work when dribbling, while conversion ability and orientation ability are at work when heading. It is said that to improve football skills, it is important to comprehensively develop these seven abilities. At this event, we will conduct coordination training that incorporates spatial awareness, balance ability, and agility necessary for football! Friends who are not school students can also participate. We look forward to your participation!
