Tournament Outline
・24 participating teams are divided into EAST and WEST with 12 teams each, and a double round-robin system (22 matches) is held with home and away matches.・The winners of the EAST/WEST leagues qualify for the final.
・The bottom two teams (11th and 12th place) in the EAST/WEST leagues are automatically relegated to the Prince League next year.
