The Antlers Academy's mission is to "produce top team players (development)" and "create a life where Antlers is present (outreach)," aiming to be a community-based, familiar development organization. Our schools, operating in 21 locations within and outside the prefecture, have approximately 3,000 participants ranging from preschoolers to adults.
To create a school where the entire Antlers family, including not only the school students but also their guardians, can smile, we are recruiting School Coaches (Outreach) as follows.

【Job Title】
School Coach (Outreach)
【Job Description】
・Soccer school coach primarily for kids (middle and senior kindergarten) to elementary school students
・Operation of school events
・Various outreach coaching duties at kindergartens, nurseries, and elementary schools
・Other general duties at Antlers Academy
【Eligibility】
・18 years or older
・Experience in soccer coaching welcome (especially coaching experience for kindergarten to lower elementary school students)
・Those with a history as a soccer player or coach (professional or amateur, no distinction)
・JFA certified Class C coach or higher preferred
【Compensation】
・Contract work (1-year contract)
・Uniform provided
・Salary determined based on experience, etc. (annual salary system)
【Working Hours】
・Subject to school duties and other activity hours
【Work Location】
One of the three bases: Kashima, Norte (Hitachi), or Tsukuba
