・This event is eligible for point cards.
※If you do not have a point card, one will be distributed at reception (for school members only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., participation fees cannot be refunded.
In such cases, you may participate in an event of the same value at a later date without a participation fee.
※However, this does not apply if more than half of the event time has passed at the time of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be posted on the official club website and club media. Please only apply if you consent to this.
・In case of cancellation, school members will be notified via Sgrum by 4:00 PM on the day of the event, and general participants will be notified by phone.
・In case of injury on the day of the event, we will provide first aid, but subsequent care will be the responsibility of each family. Please be aware of this in advance.
