・This event is eligible for point cards.
*For those who do not have a point card, it will be distributed at the reception (for school students only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., the participation fee cannot be refunded.
In that case, you can participate in an event of the same value at a later date without a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if the canceled event had passed half of its scheduled time at the point of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be posted on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.
・In case of cancellation, school students will be notified via Sgrum and general participants will be notified by phone by 2:30 PM on the day of the event.
・First aid will be provided by us for any injuries on the day, but we ask each family to handle subsequent care. Please be aware of this in advance.
