・This event is eligible for point cards.
*If you do not have a point card, one will be distributed at the reception (for school members only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., the participation fee cannot be refunded.
In such cases, you will be able to participate in an event of the same value at a later date without a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if the canceled event had already passed half of its scheduled time at the point of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.
・In case of cancellation, we will notify you via Sgrum by 15:00 on the day of the event.
・In case of injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be the responsibility of each family, so please understand this in advance.
