Today (June 2), the Japan national team squad for the AFC U17 Asian Cup Thailand 2023 (June 15 - July 2 @ Bangkok, Thailand) was announced.
From Kashima Antlers Youth, Haruto Matsumoto was selected. Additionally, Yugo Okawa is scheduled to accompany the team as a training partner from June 7-11.
