■Hitachinaka Sawa School Special Course
・Activity day: Every Sunday

■Hitachi Orikasa School Special Course
・Activity day: Every Tuesday
・Activity time: 6:40 PM - 8:00 PM
・Activity location: Orikasa Sports Plaza (987-1 Orikasa-cho, Hitachi City)
■Takahagi School Special Course *Only for 2nd graders.
・Activity day: Every Wednesday
・Activity time: 5:10 PM - 6:30 PM

[About Results]

*Successful applicants will begin activities from June 2023.
[Other Notes]
・In case of cancellation, we will contact school students via Sgrum and non-school students via the emergency contact number you provided by 9:00 AM on the day of the event.
・In the event of injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be handled by each household.
・If you cannot attend the selection trial, please write "Request for another date" in the remarks column. You will participate in the special course's regular practice on a date after the selection trial.
*When adjusting the schedule, we will contact you by phone at the contact information you provided in your application.
・Photos or videos taken at this selection trial may be posted on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.
[COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines]
You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you:
1) If the participant or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or has suspected symptoms.
2) If the participant has been identified as a close contact by the public health center (does not include cases where the isolation period has ended after being identified as a close contact) or is waiting for a close contact determination.
3) If the organization (including school) to which the participant belongs has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.
